Lester D’souza was always passionate about food since childhood which drew him towards attaining better knowledge and exposure of the culinary arts. He enrolled himself into the Institute of Hotel Management for his graduation and then trained at the Taj Mansingh in Delhi. He came back to Ahmedabad and gave birth to his resonating brand, Upper Crust. He introduced the city to an unimaginable bakery and culinary experience.
